Local HR Company is seeking a Benefits Specialist. The qualified candidate will have knowledge of benefits, including, but not limited to: Eligibility determinations, multiple insurance plans, ancillary products, assisting employees with inquiries, leave and retirement plans. Experience with bill reconciliation is also a must.This position also requires a strong knowledge of HRIS, Excel and other benefit related systems. At least 2+ years administering benefits is a plus.
