Field Operations Manager
A local civil engineering, planning and environmental consulting design firm is looking for a Field Operations Manager.
The ideal Field Operations Manager (FOM) will have a firm grasp of all facets of sewer installation, including open cut and trenchless renewal technologies. You will enforce all provisions of the contract documents controlling this work, including quality, schedule, and change management. You will lead a team of construction and field personnel in the day to day observation and quality assurance of excavation, installation, testing and restoration of new sewer assets across multiple crews and locations, simultaneously. The FOM will understand and monitor project risks and will leverage the appropriate contract mechanism to mitigate these risks. You will have an acute awareness of all project stakeholders, and you will embrace the value of effective communication at each stage of construction. The FOM will have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
